At Uchanics, we provide a 12-month/20,000km warranty on all services booked through our platform that involve our mechanics performing labor and supplying parts, measured from the date the services are provided and the odometer reading shown on the applicable invoice. However, if the customer supplies their own parts, we do not offer a warranty. It's important to note that any additional work provided by another company or person will invalidate the warranty. To ensure the validity of the warranty, we perform an inspection at the customer's location before performing any warranty work to confirm the error. If the error is found to be the mechanic's fault, we will perform the warranty work. If it is found that the issue is not the mechanic's fault, we charge a minimum $90 diagnostic fee and provide a report with our findings.
